Acceptance of Terms
By accepting Bradley Dallas North Publications (BDNP) Terms of Publication (TOP) either electronically or in writing, and/or by using BDNP’ services, including, but not limited to submission of content to BDNP to design, payment or authorization of payment, you (Client) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Client also agrees that client’s electronic acceptance of the TOP shall have the same force and effect as if client if client had agreed to TOP in writing.

Description of Publication
BDNP, Christian Author and Poet, Bradley Dallas North, is proud to announce an upcoming book of poetry. It is scheduled to be released in 2009 or early 2010. It is called “COLORS OF RHYMES and INSPIRATIONS / One World Book Of Poetry.” This book will be compiled of poetry from all the world, including all faiths, denominations, multi-national, multi-cultural and from all walks of life.  Selected poems of some of the greatest poets alive today and an opportunity for those who have never had poetry published before. It will contain as many as 500 of the most beautiful poems written. It may include your inspiration behind the poem(s) and may also include any recognition awards.

Intellectual Property Policy
BDNP respects copyright laws and the intellectual properties of others and may terminate accounts for copyright infringements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all content submitted to BDNP is original content and free from third party copyright or trademark protection. Client assumes full liability for any copyright or trademark infringement. Customer’s poems and contents will remain the intellectual property of the client.  COLORS OF RHYMES AND INSPIRATIONS / One World Book Of Poetry, is pre-registered under US Copyright Laws and will be registered upon completion to protect all works in this book.

Client Approval
Client is responsible for all text, translations from one language to another and BDNP will do it’s best to correct any apparent errors. Client will be notified of error corrections needed.  If there is no response from client in 5 days the corrections will be applied on clients behalf “as-is” or rejected due to missing content. Client also agrees there are no royalties paid by BDNP for submitted poetry works. All poetry remains the property of the owner throughout process and even after completion of the book.

Registration Cost
Client agrees to pay $50.00, (US Dollars) for the registration of up to (2) poems presented for publication. If client is an active student, the registration fee is $35.00, (US Dollars) for registration of up to (2) poem(s).

REGISTRATION FEE will be waived with the purchase of an ADVANCED COPY, (at the time of registration) either in Hardcover or Paperback Book(s)

Client may submit up to 10 poem(s) to be published at a cost of $25.00 per poem.  IF poem(s) is rejected for any reason, the registration fee will be fully refunded. 

Advanced Copy Paperback and Hardcover Book Cost

Paperback books will sell for approximately $45.00-$50.00 each and sold throughout the world in all major bookstores. Advance copies may be purchased for $35.00 per book by the registered client and only until book is published; then the cost will be the same as everyone else’s. Advance copies will be autographed and sent out two to three weeks in advance of distribution.
 

Hardcover books will sell for approximately $70.00- $75.00.  Advanced copies may be purchased for $50.00, and will be autographed before shipping.  Free Shipping for either advanced copies purchased.
